- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Today I had to cancel my insurance. I sold my camper and I now reside in Florida. American Family doesn't insure in Florida so I'm sad to say goodbye to Pam and her staff. She is by far the best agent I have ever had. Pam cares about her clients and goes beyond the average customer service when it comes to dealing with her clients. Many times she has listened to me talk about my personal life and has always shown care and compassion. I've filed a few claims (yes. A few) with American Family Insurance and must say they are beyond fair with their customers. I now have Allstate insurance and it's been 2 months and after several requests I still haven't received my insurance cards. If American Family ever starts to insure in Florida I will drop Allstate immediately.By Carmen Petushin, September 06, 2017
